I'm not ready to share many details on this game idea yet, but it's fleshed out enough to own a place here as an official project.Â
Papers, Please, the indie classic created by Lucas Pope in 2013, is one of my all-time favorite video games, and I've always loved management sims that can make a work-a-day grind fun and engaging. There are other inspired games in the genre (e.g. Not Tonight), and I've always wanted to create my version of this style of gameplay. I already have a pretty large design document for this game, so I will outline the major features here sometime in the near future. I know my setting, style, core gameplay loop, and various unique features and can't wait to get started on it.
